**Restrictions:** MASCOM implements traffic separation based on origin and type. Sender registration is mandatory for both local and international traffic. Before sending any content to Botswana for the first time, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or Support team.

**Sender ID:** Alpha Sender IDs are permitted and Should avoid special characters such as hyphen etc. (-,/,\_,\*)

**2-Way Support:** Available via a dedicated long code at an additional cost. Reach out to your dedicated account Manager or Support for more information.&#x20;
