This guide will explain the various SMS reports available in your dashboard.

Effective SMS reporting is essential for understanding the success of your campaigns and optimizing future messaging strategies. Our dashboard provides comprehensive reporting tools that allow you to export logs and detailed campaign-specific reports.

Exporting Message Logs

Message logs offer a real-time snapshot of your messaging activity, displaying the delivery status of each message, including those that are delivered, pending, or have failed.

  1. Navigate to Messages: Log in to your dashboard and go to the 'Messages' section.

  2. Export Logs: Look for the downward arrow in the top right corner, next to 'New Message'.

  3. Select Date Range: A date selector will appear. Choose the range for which you wish to export message logs.

Accessing Campaign-Specific Reports

  1. Navigate to Campaigns: Go to the 'Campaigns' section from the dashboard.

  2. Choose Campaign: Select the campaign for which you need reporting.

  3. Download Reports: Click on 'Downloads'. Here, you have several export options:

Results

Export the results of every message sent during this campaign in a .csv file format.

Failures

Download a list of all messages that failed to deliver during this campaign in a .csv file format.

Original File

Retrieve the original batch file used for the campaign in a .csv file format.

Batch Replies

Download batch replies received in the last 6 months in a .csv file format.

Batch Summary Reports

  1. Campaigns Section: Within the dashboard, go to the 'Campaigns' section.

  2. New Campaign Tab: Find the tab labeled 'New Campaign' and click on the drop-down arrow beside it.

  3. Export Summaries: From the dropdown, select 'Export' to download batch summary reports for a specified date range.

  4. Schedule Reports: Use 'Schedule report' if you want to set up automatic batch summary deliveries to your email.

Custom Reports and Special Requirements

Should you need reports customised to your specific requirements, or need special delivery methods like SFTP:

  • Reach Out to Account Manager: Your Account Manager can facilitate the creation of custom reports.

  • Contact Support: Get in touch with our support team for further assistance and configuration options.
